We distinguish actual sources, illustrative assumptions and US keyword estimates.

2026 relative cost indices

City figures are taken from Numbeo Southeast Asia, 2026 and use its cost-of-living-plus-rent index. This is a sample-based relative score, not monthly USD spending. Areas without a separate number are clearly marked.

The default values in our calculator are hypothetical examples, not live quotes. Actual rent, insurance, utilities and fees must be verified locally. Calculator inputs stay in your browser.

Official visa references

We have reviewed the official Thai e-Visa, Vietnam e-Visa, Indonesian e-Visa and Malaysian MDEC sources. Government rules can change; always verify again.

SEO and editorial selection

US keyword volume, difficulty tiers and CPC were supplied by the project owner. They guide topic priorities, not estimates of revenue, rankings or real expenses.
