Expert take — Cost of Asia editorial team Outpost's two Ubud sites are the only coworking spaces in town we found publicly confirmed as open 24/7 (Bali Home Immo, January 2026). Finns Beach Club reports that Beluna closes on Sundays, and the other spaces don't publish their hours. If you work US or European hours, book Outpost, or get the night-access terms in writing from any other space before you pay for a month.

Ubud's coworking scene is smaller than Canggu's and quieter, with rice-field views instead of beach-club noise. Hubud, the long-running coworking space near the Monkey Forest, is permanently closed (Grey, October 2026), so older guides that recommend it are out of date.

The trade-off is hours and facilities versus price and atmosphere. Outpost offers round-the-clock access and call booths at a higher monthly cost. Smaller spaces are cheaper and more relaxed but publish fewer details. Where you live matters too: since September 2026, central Ubud runs a new one-way system, so check your ride to the desk.

How we chose

  • Still operating, listed in at least one 2026 guide or directory.
  • Published hours and prices, dated and attributed.
  • Call setup: booths, meeting rooms or private offices.
  • Location relative to Ubud's villages and the new traffic scheme.

We could not run on-site speed tests; speed figures are from the guides named. Checked on 4 November 2026.

1. Outpost Penestanan — best for night shifts and coliving

Outpost's Penestanan site is on Jalan Penestanan in Sayan, west of the center, and has a pool. Bali Home Immo reports that Outpost's Bali locations are open 24 hours a day, including weekends. Freaking Nomads (September 2026) quotes about $230 a month in Ubud and a night plan at $99, and measured 65 Mbps there. Finns Beach Club gives a monthly hot desk of around AUD 290, with dedicated desks from IDR 3 million.

You can also rent a room on site. Some guides still say one membership covers Ubud and Canggu, but Outpost's Canggu coworking floor closed in April 2024.

2. Outpost Nyuh Kuning — best for south-side residents

Outpost's second Ubud site is on Nyuh Kuning Road in Mas, south of the Monkey Forest. It offers the same 24/7 access and suits anyone living in Nyuh Kuning, Pengosekan or Mas. Grey puts Outpost about seven minutes by scooter from central Ubud.

Plan your route. Bali.live reported in August 2026 that drivers coming from the south can no longer turn onto Jalan Made Lebah, which has pushed traffic onto Jalan Sugriwa.

3. Ubud.Space — best for a central, low-cost desk

Ubud.Space Coworking and Coffee is in central Ubud. Freaking Nomads describes it as brighter and quieter than the Canggu options and quotes about $109 a month. Finns Beach Club's test there recorded around 200 Mbps, and it has small and large meeting rooms bookable by the hour. The trade-off is comfort: Finns notes café-style cushioned chairs rather than office chairs.

4. Ubud Co-Working — best for quiet focus and private offices

Ubud Co-Working is at Jalan Raya Andong No. 92 in Petulu, about six minutes northeast of the center (Grey). The ground floor is open-air and the upper floor has enclosed private offices, with a balcony over rice paddies, ergonomic chairs and monitor rental (Finns Beach Club). It offers few-hour, full-day and monthly passes, but no guide we found publishes the prices, so ask for them.

5. Beluna – House of Creatives — best for creators

Beluna is on Jalan Subak Sok Wayah, off Jalan Raya Ubud. It has a podcast studio, a café, an open-air ground floor and an air-conditioned upper floor (Finns Beach Club). Finns says it closes on Sundays, while the Coworker directory lists 24-hour access, so check before you rely on weekend or late hours. Finns also mentions free day passes on some days for people who arrive before 10 am.

6. The Onion Collective — best for an all-in workday

The Onion Collective is on Jalan Raya Pengosekan and combines coworking with a restaurant, coliving rooms, call booths, a pool, massage and a sauna. Finns Beach Club describes an 8-hour package with lunch, but no price. Pengosekan's main road is now one-way northbound under the September 2026 scheme (Bali.live), so plan how you'll get there and back.

What to check before you decide

  • Night and weekend access, in writing, if you work other time zones.
  • Current prices and tax: the figures above come from 2026 guides, not the operators' own price lists.
  • Backup power and internet: Freaking Nomads notes rainy-season power cuts from November to March.
  • Nyepi: Bali shuts down for 24 hours on the Day of Silence (19 March in 2026, per Bali Home Immo). Ask whether the space closes.
  • Your commute under the new one-way system, at late afternoon.
